

What is the process for repairing your machine to make the perfect brew?
When you register a service call on our website it will be sent through to our service team. A member of this team will come back to you in a timely manner with your call reference number via email or telephone.
Once your service call has been scheduled, we will confirm this appointment with you either by telephone or email.
Do you cover everywhere in the UK?
We do! We cover everywhere within the United Kingdom – excluding the Isle of Man & North of the Caledonian Canal.
What if I need to change my appointment?

How will you let us know of the time our engineer is arriving?
Our engineers will be call you to advise when they are due to arrive at your site.
Our Espresso@Home engineer has attended but needs further parts – what happens next?
Our Team will begin the process by confirming which parts are needed. They will then place an order for the parts if we don’t already have them. Upon receipt we’ll let you know when your engineer is scheduled to return to complete your repair.
